How are you doing with your resolutions so far this year?
Yes, we are still only 4 weeks into 2021.
But if you are still plugging away at your resolutions - you're doing a lot better than the average bear.
That's because the average resolution only lasts until Jan 17. They even gave that date a name.

Never heard of it? Good.
I can't imagine you have a need for such trivia.
After all, you're the type who:
- Focuses on what you can control -> Behaviors vs. Outcomes.
- Adapts and innovates to meet new challenges
- Seeks out expert guidance to build a stronger team
